Scholarships: John & Rose Marie Healy Memorial Scholarship
John and Rose Marie Healy provided an estate gift to Permian Basin Area Foundation for college scholarships with priority given to students attending Midland College based upon the following.
- Graduate of a Midland County high school.
- Financial need.
- Good character.
