Scholarships: Nancy Jo Mims Geers Scholarship
Mr. and Mrs. James W. Mims created this scholarship in memory of their daughter, Nancy Jo Mims Geers, a professional occupational therapist who devoted her life to assisting patients realize their full capacity. Preference for scholarships will be given to applicants with the following qualifications:
Scholarship awards will be based on the following:
- Applicant resides in Midland County.
- Applicant is pursuing education and career service in the field of Occupational Therapy.
- Applicant demonstrates desire and capacity to succeed in an academic environment toward fulfillment of requirements for a college degree.
- Applicant is of good citizenship.
