Foundation named to receive Dollie Ballenger bequest
Permian Basin Area Foundation was named as the primary charitable beneficiary of the estate of Mrs. Dollie Neal Ballenger, who died in January 2007. To establish an endowment for grant making in honor of Ms. Ballenger, certain property, including her personal art and many fine collectibles, will be auctioned on March 29th.
