Big Spring’s Northside Community Center provides an array of services for less fortunate citizens of Howard County. These include employment and educational counseling, financial assistance and budget skills training, tutoring to support GED success, and legal aid. A grant from the Foundation helped with the costs of constructing new facilities from which Executive Director Max Webb (photo, right) and Administrative Assistant Bobby Armstrong (photo, left) serve the community.
