Jess Ann Thomason - Volunteer Extraordinaire! was a common description whenever she was introduced to someone new or at an event. Throughout her lifetime, this native West Texan helped the Midland Childrens Rehabilitation Center, Midland Association for Retarded Citizens, Commemorative Air Force, East Seals, Trinity School, and Camp Sweeney for Diabetic Children, to name just a few. And while she would take a foot soldiers role if needed, she was most likely to be the commanding officer in an organizations special event. If asking someone for money, her money was in first before making the ask. Jess Anns legacy is lived out through the Jess Ann Thomason Memorial Fund, a donor advised fund created in her memory to support those organizations she supported during her lifetime.

Jack Steeles infectious good nature and legacy of positively affecting the lives of people he would never know lives on through the Jack Steele/United Way Permanent Fund.
