Annual Report - 2004
To Our Friends...
We are living in a window of opportunity.
The natural riches of our region have brought forth much prosperity in our communities. Indeed, these resources continue to sustain the blessings of economic opportunity for people who call the Permian Basin home.
During 2004, Permian Basin Area Foundation achieved substantial growth due to the caring of individuals who live here and chose to leave for their friends and neighbors - and for posterity a part of their lifes legacy.
We are sincerely grateful for their confidence and trust in the ongoing work of the Foundation. More importantly, we are grateful for the legacies they leave for those whom they may never know.
Permian Basin Area Foundation serves as a permanent endowment offering customized options through which individuals, families and organizations may create lasting philanthropy for the changing needs of their communities and for chosen charitable causes.
The Foundation is equipped to respond to the needs of donors who wish to convey assets - for the sustenance of good works - a part of their resources, such as:
- Cash or receivable income
- Appreciated securities
- Retirement accounts
- Real estate
- Oil and gas interests
- Life insurance
It is simple to establish a permanent fund with the Foundation - whether you may be considering a living or a planned gift.
We are prepared to work directly with donors and with professional advisors of those wishing to include a charitable fund with the Foundation in their estate plan.
Please call upon the Foundation and let us demonstrate the impact your shared gifts can have during this window of opportunity.
On behalf of our Board of Governors, we are pleased to share with you this annual report for 2004.
