The New Testament Book of Luke offers a fundamental lesson in philanthropy. This is a lesson we are taught over and over again as we are priviledged to work with those who charitably share so much of themselves and their resources to meet the needs of others in our communites.
Indeed, 2002 was a year full of lessons learned and blessings bestowed. And it was a year in which communities felt the significant impact of this sharing. With our 2002 annual report, we are pleased to tell some of the stories that make up the latest chapter of Permian Basin Area Foundation - a work ever in progress.
