For more than a generation, Mrs. Lee Bennett taught the children of Marfa to research and appreciate the colorful history of the Trans-Pecos region. With a grant from the Foundation, the Marfa Public Library is preserving this rich collection of original research. Librarian Ester Sanchez displays one of the photographs in the collection.
