Foundation Board and Staff

The Foundation is directed by a Board of Governors composed of 15 private citizens who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the area's communities. They serve without compensation. Foundation board members are elected by the current membership for three-year terms, and may serve up to two consecutive terms. The Board directs support to projects in education, arts and humanities, human services, healthcare, civic projects and community services which address community needs and enrich lives.
